On 10 November 2023, the s students of St. Anthony's Secondary School celebrated 'the festival of lights 'with great enthusiasm. The event featured a variety of programs that showcased the diversity and spirit of Diwali. First of all Mansha of class 10 delivered a captivating speech, highlighting the historical and cultural significance of Diwali, emphasizing the importance of spreading joy and light in our lives. Then audience were treated to a soulful musical presentation featuring Bhajans on Ram Janam , creating a serene atmosphere and fostering a sense of devotion among the participants. Then Seraphinian Cell presented a thought-provoking skit, weaving a narrative that conveyed the values of truth, righteousness, and the triumph of good over evil. After that The Seraphinian Cell organized an engaging quiz, testing the knowledge of participants about the Foundress of the Clarity Franciscan Missionaries of the most blessed Sacrament Mother Seraphina and her philosphy of education.The students were very excited.They applied their knowledge and skills to answer the twisted questions and many won prizes also. Then a colourful dance was presented by the students of Class 6 or 7: The vibrant energy of Diwali was brought to life through the lively dance performance by students of Classes 6 and 7. The choreography resonated with the festive spirit, leaving the audience enthralled. The Reverend Sr.Principal of the institution extended warm Diwali wishes to everyone, emphasizing the importance of unity, harmony, and the celebration of diversity. She stressed upon to clean their minds from the evil thoughts and to celebrate green&clean festival.
